I have 2 x MSI R7970 in my system both with water blocks, CCC is limited to 1125/1575 and so is Afterburner but Saphire TriXX has a much higher setting, make sure you put the Board power limit up to 20% or sometimes the card throttles back when you push it to stop it going over the watts. I put the VDDC straight up to 1300 (1.3v) and started to increase the GPU and Mem, so far i have the GPU at 1200 and the Memory at 1700 stable and still seems to be more left :D

P.S The Saphire TriXX works with most manufacturers cards. you can get it here - https://www.sapphireselectclub.com/ssc/trixx/trixx.aspx

Obviously you do this at your own risk, im still a noob at overclocking but it's working fine for me.

Cheers El.
