I recently built a system with a P8Z77-V LE Plus mobo. The user guide is clear on where to attach all the front panel connectors (sec 2.3.8) except for the power LED, which does not seem to be mentioned anywhere.

The system works just fine without the power LED, of course, but I'd like to hook it up if possible.

Does anyone know whether there are pins for the power LED on this mobo and which ones they are?

Oh, never mind. Thank you for your answers. I found the diagram. It was the last page of the Internal Connectors section. I was flipping right past it.

Feeling stupid now....
did you use the front pannel connector they sent with the mb. it keyed and labled so you cant miss where the pins go.
on page 2-26 with the sata ports on top pin one is the first pin on the bottom on the left. on the bottom the first two pins are the hard drive led then there 4 open spots the next two are power switch then the reset switch.on the top row left the three pins...+ blank + is the power led connector.

As I noted, I am looking at the User Guide that came with the board. The one available online seems to be the same.

Page 2-39 has a clear picture showing the IDE_LED(HDD_LED), POWER SW, and RESET SW connectors, but nothing about the POWER LED connector.

On the board itself, I don't see any labeling.

I went back through all the materials and I cannot find any additional connectors or cables that came with the mobo.

It sounds like you are looking at a manual for a slightly different motherboard, but a diagram that is exactly what I need. On this mobo, the bottom row is
HDD_LED (2 pins) + 3 open spots + POWER SW (2 pins) + 1 open spot + RESET SW (2 pins)
In the manual, this is shown in a picture of the connectors actually plugged into the system panel connector. This is in the "Building your computer system" section of the manual. The previous section of the manual ("Internal connectors"), which has top view diagrams of the connectors with each pin labeled lacks a diagram of the system panel connector.

Can you tell me exactly which manual you are looking at? The one I am looking at is version E7272 for the P8Z77-V LE PLUS. It is on line here:
