BC code 124 ( WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR (124) )

Hello friends,

i am facing a blue screen error since few days while playing new Tomb raider game , my system is working fine all the time but when i start playing hard core games like Dark siders-2 , The Witcher -2 etc. it start crashing . here is my system configuration:

Processor: AMD Phenom II X-4 955 ( 125 Watt )
GPU: ATI Radeon HD 4850 ( 512 mb DDR-3)
Ram : Corsair XMS 4 GB
Mother Board: Asus M4A88t-LM
PSU: Cooler Master 500W ( efficiency 75 % )
OS : Windows 7 64 bit Ultimate edition


I tried every possible thing i updated the drivers i cleaned the drivers with Driver Sweeper i changed my RAM several Times I did GPU stress test CPU stress test , Memory check but nothing is wrong , I formatted my system but still no improvements .

one of my friend suggested me that my power supply is poor and unable to handle the full load while playing games .
