Thermaltake TR2 TR-600 600W ATX12V v2.3 SLI Ready CrossFire Ready Power Supply

and the total for the this built ^ is around $730 , so i want to know how much should i sell the first built for.

It is a wrong decision to sell everything and then buy everything again.
Most of your components can be re-useable.
You will loose lots of money if you sell everything and you will also have to pay a lot more if you buy everything allover again.

Only sell your mobo and proc on ebay and then buy only mobo and proc too.
You will save more money this way. (PSU if needed, from my pont of view, not yet. It should still able to hold i5 3470 and GTX650Ti)
Not really necessary to go 16GB...even if you want...you can simply add the RAM...no need to replace..

I would pay only USD250 for such spec as used rig.
