windows 7 not able to boot

I have a lenova G756 with windows 7 on it. offlate i have to start atleast 2 to 3 time to finally boot. It stops or hangs at window logo. Now I,m stuck since 2 days. Not booting at all. stops at the same logo. I tried F8 and clicked safe mode. that is getting hanged after some run. i have some imp data on D drive. plz someone help me boot atleast once so i can copy my data before i give it to service.

hi,
use a hirens boot cd to boot windows xp from cd then you will be able to get your files from your hhd, also you can use windows 7 safe mode by pressing F8 before windows start up.

also i think you have to check your memory modules with memtest86 and your hard drive with a vendor specific tool. It sounds you have faulty hardware.
