I have a very old Intel Core 2.0 Ghz processor.
Will a MSI Radeon HD 6670 2GB video card be compatible with the processors?
I have a 350W PSU,if the graphic card is compatible then will i need to change the PSU ????

Yes its compatible. The psu should be (assuming its a good psu) fine for the card which has a tdp of 60w.

Under load in combination of the cpu and gpu, you may be pulling between 150-250W. As imomum says, depending on the brand of the PSU(which ususally determines its quality and efficieny and its "true" output), a 350W PSU is enough.
Do you know the brand of your PSU?
