When I change the boot sequence to boot from internal SATA or eSata drive I get an immediate BSOD. (Both drives are exact copies of the SSD and both are bootable)

Any help would be much appreciated.

I've disconnected the SSD and tried booting to both the SATA and eSata. No go. I've tried to boot in IDE mode rather than AHCI. No go.

I'm using Casper. It makes a fully bootable drive. Casper doesn't create an image. I like it cause I can just change boot drives in bios and boot right into it. I've been using Casper for years w no problem. Until this new computer. I've communicated with the Casper developer and he analysized my backups and said they were correctly made and should be bootable.

I'd try another back up solution but I know of no other that gives you an immediately bootable drive.
