My first Desktop build, Needing help?

Okay here is my build. It is my first, and I'm only at 350$ my limit is 400. I just need help finding a cheap computer case. Here are my specs:

I'm also am going to overclock the cpu to 4.1ghz. Would this work for a cheap build? I just want to play games like skyrim, and games of 2013. I already own the Os, keyboard, mouse, and screen. Tell me your thoughts, have a great day

Oh and could I use 4 gigs of ram instead?

Well, to answer you RAM question, you can use 4 but 8 is the best size right now. 6 isn't bad, but the problem with what you chose is a 3 module kit for tri-channel RAM. Your motherboard only supports dual-channel RAM so you should buy RAM in pairs or quads. I suggest buying 2 x 4GB modules.

Do you plan on running 2 graphic cards in the future? If not, drop your PSU down to 500-550w. You don't need 700w PSU unless using Crossfire.

If you plan on overclocking, then I suggest you get an aftermarket cooler like the Coolermaster Hyper212. You don't want to overclock with a stock cooler.

As for the case, look at the Antec 300, Coolermaster 430 or the Rosewill Challenger.

Do not - repeat do not purchase a Coolmax PSU. That is asking for trouble. You're also using triple channel RAM on a dual channel system. That's no bueno.

What is your budget? I could suggest a better system if I knew that.
