What's Wrong with this High End Build?

Please give me reason why this build would not work or how it cold bottleneck.
also would like to know what could work better? or a worse example for jokes :/

BUILD:

FX-8350 8 CORE CPU

3TB HDD
2TB HDD
60GB SSD

AX 1200i (watt) Corsair PWS
GTX Titan 6GB GPU

G.SKILL Ares Series 32GB (4x8GB) DDR3 1866MHz CL10 Quad Channel RAM
Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD5 Socket AM3+ MOBO

''these are the main componets''

CPU will be a slight bottleneck, it is for the GTX 680. I can only imagine the bottleneck gap getting even wider, when you're getting a GTX Titan.

Even though games begin to utilize more than 4 cores, then the AMD FX 8350 is still behind. An example is Crysis 3 that utilize 8-cores.

http://www.techspot.com/review/642-crysis-3-performance/page6.html

As you're building such a high-end system, then an i7-3770k or even greater would be suitable. Finally hyperthreading is making a difference in gaming.

When we're talking of Titan, then there are better alternatives that provide better value. But if you really want the best single-GPU in the world, then it is the way to go. It also provides lower latency compared to dual-GPUs.

Also the PSU is waaaaaay too big. A decent 750 watt from a brand such as Seasonic or XFX will do more than well. However if you're planning to get another Titan then it makes sense to have such a powerfull PSU.

LostGame_03 - thank you for your reply, i do plan on getting two GTX Titan's in SLI - but my paycheck will only allow me to get them two mounths apart.
i guess my CPU will have to be changed if im going to run two GTX Titan's together?
and also, what do you all think of the RAM? good enough or too much!

that's not a high end build imo. that is some high end parts put together with and amd fx8350+990fx mobo. high end parts being the gtx titan which will be bottlenecked by the fx8350. the quad channel memory kit that is needlessly expensive for the build or the ssd that's size is well... small for a high end build. and no cooler. where's the cpu cooler? stock fx8350 will bottleneck the titan more than when it'd be overclocked.
in case you're wondering how much bottleneck, here's some links:
fx8350 build under $1000, with a gtx 670
http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/build-a-pc-overclocking-do-it-yourself,3366.html
the $800 core i5 build with a radeon 7870xt that can easily keep up with it or beat it in some cases:
http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/build-a-pc-overclocking-gaming,3440.html
http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/build-a-pc-overclocking-gaming,3440-15.html

randomly put together alternative:
core i7 3770k/3570k
noctua nh-d14 / swiftech 220 semi custom clc / corsair h110i / cooler master hyper 212 evo
16 gb (2x 8gb) ddr3 1600/1866/2133 ram (as verified by your mobo's memory support list)
asus p8z77-v pro or gigabyte ga z77x-ud5h or ud4h
1 tb hdd and 128 gb ssd (samsung 840..?)
corsair 300r or nzxt 410, cm storm enforcer, i dunno... get whatever makes you feel good but keeps your pc cool and quiet.
the psu is overkill but okay in case you decide to sli 2x titans.
nvidia geforce gtx titan
throw in corsair's mechanical gaming keyboard and roccat's kone mouse for lulz.
and an asus 3d gaming monitor or dell's 30" ips display.

il give you guys my other specs to help with the evaluation.
CASE: Rosewell BLACKHAWK FULL TOWER
MONITOR: Crossover 27Q
CPU COOLER: ARCTIC Freezer 7 Pro Rev. 2 or the
COOLER MASTER V8 RR-UV8-XBU1-GP

idk witch one. mabye you guys know a better one?

il also be running X-Fi Sound Blaster that i have laying around and
a D-LINK for wireless internet connectivity.
''not that it matters''

shoulda led with that. :) now the choice of fx and hdd capacity make more sense.

i'm so sorry for not compiling my information better, this posting threads is new to me.
maybe il post a better thread explaing my build and reasons better lol
non the less, the information that you guys have given me is valuble - and i appreciate it

nah it's okay. it'd be more helpful for the other guys if you edit the OP and clearly state what the build is for, your budget, full specs. if you use the new build form, even better.

Yes, the 3770k will probably not bottleneck the GPU. Overclock it to 4.2 or 4.5.

You’ll be very surprised how fast your 60 GB SSD will fill up, even when you are diligent about saving and installing everything to you HDD. I regret getting 128 GB. I should have got at least 240. Definitely get a bigger SSD.
