Not at all. An HD 7770 + would be needed for that.

When it comes to gaming on a computer the single most important component is the video card. The good thing is that you can easily upgrade to a better video card easier then you can a cpu or motherboard. One thing that you want to do with finding out what games you can play is look at the minimum requirements of the game and also the recomended requirements. Here are a couple of charts that can be found every month here on tomshardware.

http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/gaming-graphics-card-review,3107-7.html

http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/gaming-cpu-review-overclock,3106-5.html

The first chart deals with video cards and where they fall in order or best to worse for both Nvidia and AMD. As you can see the video card that you have is down the chart quite a bit so while you may be able to run certian games it would depend on the games requirements as to how well and at what resolutions and settings you will have to use. Don't forget you can play a game at a lot of different settings so you just have to find the settings for your Pc.
Your cpu doesn't show on the list so you might want to recheck what model you have but if you have a quad and it's clocked at 3.1 then you should be ok with that cpu and on option that you have based on that is you can easily upgrade to a better video card if need be.
Your 8gb of ram is it DDR2 or DDR3?

Neither of these really matter that much. A 5400 series GPU is very weak and likely will not run these titles past the lowest settings.

I have a dual core i3 and a 7870 and can max most games. Its about the architecture of the CPU. My i3 is recent and even though you have a quad core CPU it is quite old and slow.

Sorry but the only way you are playing those games on ultra, is if it is in 640x480 resolution with low framerates. So either you are lying, wrong about what card you have, or you have crazy low standards...

I have Battlefield 3 and have played it on a GTX 580 with a i7-980x and on high settings at 1920x1080 was getting around 50 fps. Battlefield 3 is a very, very demanding game on a computers hardware and it heated my video card up pretty good even with the water cooling I have. So I will have to question your being able to play Battlefiel 3 on high with the computer parts that you listed.
What resolution was your monitor set at?

My Res for all games is like 1024x760 at the moment and i'm not lying there would be not point posting this comment if i was the website is to help other users out, and i'm not wrong about my computer because it's custom built, and i even used DxDiag to check the system.

Ps i didn't say i play all the games on ultra, i can only play Skyrim on Ultra, battlefield and Arma II is only on high and i bought the graphics card myself so it's definetly the 5400 series.

I'm skeptical even at that low resolution. Unless the video card is really like a 5870 and is just coming up wrong in the hardware manager.

Just because your computer is "custom build" doesn't mean its any good. Its got quite old hardware and will struggle at modern resolutions with modern games.

I didn't say '' Custom built '' as a Bragging right because 90% of computers out there are these days, i said it to state that i know exactly what went into my Computer as i Built it with a friend.
