Currently I'm having win XP SP 3,Im building new PC so I want to try win 8 without removing xp,can I do that?
Second thing is I want to buy new internal Hard disk so can i place 2 internal HDDs on one system?
And can I install win 8 seperately on new HDD?

Solution
You can install windows 8 on the new hard drive, that's probably the best way to do it. Unplug the old hard drive before you install 8. To switch between versions, just change the boot order of the drives in the bios when you start/restart the computer.

edit: somehow I missed the part where you said you're building a new system. The_Prophecy is correct, make sure you can transfer your copy of XP first. Also, it's usually not possible to just swap an OS drive into a new system and have it work. You'll probably end up reinstalling XP. To keep the two operating systems completely separate, only have 1 harddrive connected at a time during install (the one you want it installed on). It makes it easier, especially if you decide you...
As long as you have the space to mount a second drive, and the SATA and power connections to support it, thereshould be no problem. You can install Windows 8 on this new hard drive and dual boot between it and Windows XP.

You can also move that copy of XP to your new system as long as your old system doesn't retain any copies of XP, and that copy of XP was a retail license (as in, you didn't get that copy of XP with a prebuilt desktop you purchased previously).
