My suggestion

----Get the 3570k best gaming CPU @ present

----Get a GTX 660 or HD7870 with the money saved in CPU

----Get a Hyper 212 evo if you plan on overclocking cpu 4.4GHz

----You can get a Asus P8Z77-V Pro or the Z77 Sabertooth

----64bit windows will be required for the 8GB

I would say save yourself a hundred bucks and go with the i5 3570k for a gaming rig. I've seen it outperform the 3770k in some categories for gaming in certain situations. Maybe spend that extra 100 towards a 7870 over the 7770 and you've got yourself a really nice build.
