I am going to make a gaming pc
should i stick with the XFX Radeon Hd 7770 Core Edition DD or should i pay a extra £70 for the XFX Radeon Hd 7850 Black Edition
How much difference will it make?

stick with the 7770 as in keep it? or as in still get it? The 7850 is a much better gpu and if its the 2gb card will def be worth it. If its the 1gb card it should be cheaper but still worth it. The 7770 is only a 1gb card and that vram hurts if u ever attempted crossfire and spending the extra now on a single better card will last longer and if u get another to crossfire it'll be a much better choice

The 7850 has more than double the power of the 7770, you also may want to consider the 7790 that will be coming out later this month

What resolution are you gaming on?

if you're on a 1080p screen, it'll definitely be worth it to go for the 7850.

This seems like the best answer but if you are not about waiting I have bought and sold the 7850 1GB it's really powerful.

It scores much higher 3d marks than my gtx 570

but as mentioned the 7850 is around twice the performance of he 7770

the extra money is worth it completely. 7770 is ok but to enjoy modern games on high you want the 7850 unless you are able to hold out for the 7790 but who knows exactly when that comes out
