I have issues with the sound from my desktop PC.

#1 When I use an HDMI cable to play from my desktop to my TV, I get squeaking/buzzing on the TV.

#2 I also get the same noise from my desktop's front speaker/headphone jack, no matter what I plug in there.

#3 My REAR speaker jack on my motherboard no longer works at all!

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Please provide some info of your hardware.

Motherboard, GPU, CPU, sound card.

Do you have option to connect monitor/TV via HDMI and to disable onboard audio? This could resolve if it is onboard audio problem or something else.

Have you tried full removal of drivers and clean install again?

P.S. had that problem when I was noob 10 years ago with recording. Plugged in my Guitar AMP im MIC jack and burned sound card :) . Got that silly noises and half jacks would not work.

Re-installing the drivers worked wonders! Thank you! I had just moved to a new place, thought it may have even been the wiring. All three problems are now fixed :D
