What is the most hardware demanding area of Assassins Creed 3?

I want to set my graphics options for the worst part of the game. It was running perfectly until I got to Boston. Is that area pretty standard or are there even more demanding parts?

core i5 3570k (overclocked)
evga GTX 660 (overclocked)
8G ram

It's standard to have issues in Boston. Everything will get normal (50-60fps) when you go out. Your GPU ussage is in low 30's in Boston. Guys with 7970 and me with 4850 have same results. Perfectly normal. Only thing you can do is to turn off VSync. Go to My Documents - Ass Cree - AssCree.ini .. .open it with notepad and set VSync = 0 and save it. Make sure that in properties of that file you set "read only". That's all you can do.
