Same graphics card different price?

I wasnt quite sure how to word this title, but basically im going to buy a sapphire radeon 7770, and there's two 1gb versions same brand and everythign but ones on sale but has slightly better stats, il let you take a look for yourself.

does that extra little bit really even matter? frame rate wise at least.

in some games it does and some not as much basically the more brutal the graphics are on the card the more the overclock will help you. in reality it could be the differance of a few FPS...which if you 28FPS on the lower clocked card in game "X" then 30-32fps would not be unheard of on the overclocked card. a differance between being unplayble on one and playble on the other (using 30fps as min playble frame rate). though i doubt ALOt of games would put you in said situation. anyways i am a more is better guy on FPS...i rather spend the ten bucks and be wrong and not need it then get pissed that i do.
