Building a New Computer- Best CPU under $75

Hello, I want to build a new computer, but do not want to spend over $75 for a cpu. What processor would be a good selection for some moderate gaming (ex. online multiplayer), and fast system operation, that is also under $75. I would like to be able to run 64 bit windows 7 on my pc. Also, should I wait for prices to drop, giving me a better processor for less, or should I buy a cpu now?

The very first link on Tomshardware when you come to the site talks about best gaming CPUs. There is one for $80 if youre willing to go up $5.

i run a Pentium G 2120, got it for $75 from amazon, very happy with it. and it leaves you with a nice upgrade path for the future to a i5/i7 if needed.
