Ati 5650 low fps on new drivers..
I had an old driver released in 2011 (don't know what it's the version
) and i had very good Fps etc..Arma 2 (30-45)
when i update it for any new ati driver i have much lower fps on the same settings (20-30).
this happens with many games that i have note that my current version is 13.1 (new one) can some one please please give me a hand ???
