Windows Wrong Volume

I have a window that popped up, at the top, it says Windows-Wrong Volume. Left to Right, a red X and next it says, "The wrong volume is in the drive. Please insert volume Mary Lee Mem. into drive D:. Then there are three boxes side-by-side. First box says Cancel, second, Try Again, and third, Continue

Also, did you have a USB key/drive that has been unplugged and you have a Window or file that was running from the device still open?

This kind of message normally appears when Windows is trying to write (Save) data to a particular removable device that is no longer present (or has been exchanged with another removable device)
