EVGA P67 Won't Recognize Video Card

I recently bought an EVGA P67 SLI mobo. My plans were to use my EVGA GTS 250 as my main video card, and then use one of my old EVGA 8600 GT to run my 2nd and 3rd monitors.

The problem I'm having is that I can't get the mobo to recognize the 8600 GT, no matter what I try. I have 2 of those cards, and neither one works. I have tried the following setups...

  • ■ GTS 250 in the PCIE x16 slot and 8600 GT in any of the other PCIE slots - (results: any monitors connected to the 250 will display video, but the 8600 is not seen by Windows)
    ■ No GTS 250 and 8600 GT in any of the PCIE slots - (results: I get a D6 code on boot-up: "No Console Output Devices are found")
I have tried both of my 8600GT cards with the exact same results. As far as I know, both of the 8600's are working cards. I know for a fact that one of them was working up to the day that I upgraded to the P67. I'm working on finding a way to test my 8600's in another computer, but for now I'm working on the assumption that they are fine.

My first question is, does the P67 even support the 8600 GT? Am I trying to do something I shouldn't?

If the card is supported, what else might be going on? Is there a BIOS setting, jumper, voodoo chant that I need to do to get it to work?

Thanks in advance for any help you can give!
