I have ordered online for a Sapphire 6670 DDR3 for 4900 INR, through COD system . But nowam confused whether to take it or not. It is today I understand that the Sapphire 6670 DDR3 released in 2011 ! Also 2 gb Sapphire 6670 DDR3 costs only 5100 INR . More than that DDR5 Sapphire 6670 costs 5600 rpz ! Am really confused !! My system in core 2 duo 2.93 Ghz, 4gb RAm, 400 W psu . Also please give me links of online stores in India

It is 100% up to you. I personally would like the GDDR5 version just for the extra performance. This helps for some games, some that are not memory bandwidth hungry will not notice it as much.

The memory is a main reason for the price difference.

Bottom line. It is a good idea as long as you can afford it. If you can't, you cant.
This review shows the difference. This is just what Google gives me.

I agree with the above poster GDDR5 all the way and more memory on a lower end card will NOT help as the card will not have the actual power to use 2gigabytes of memory anyway(performance will suffer so bad by the time it needs that much memory).

Am in a tight budget ! The difference in price with dd3 and ddr5 is about 1000rpz . If there is such a big difference in performance, I will buy the card after a few months , and if the difference is low , I can take the piece which arrive on this saturday :) http://goo.gl/TS6Bi
