The build looks great, except you need to get quad-channel memory for that bad boy. Something like:

The motherboard has 8 slots, this quad kit is only going to fill 4. You will still have room to add more memory later (if you'll even need to). Also, +1 to what ScrewySqrl stated on the benefits.
