I'm not sure if that is a good chose of motherboard. Please feel free to comment and make suggestions on the overall build. Thanks

Among the lower end LGA 1155 boards, MSI does consistently have a higher percentage of one and two star Newegg reviews (seems right around 25% on all of their B75 and H77 boards) while ASRock, Asus, Gigabyte, and a few others are generally lower (although there are a few exceptions and there are some companies that are mostly worse off than MSI, such as Foxconn), but I wouldn't worry too much about that. If it worries you OP, then there's nothing wrong with going with a board that had lower numbers such as one of ASRock's similarly priced H77/B75 boards or Asus' similarly priced H77/B75 boards.

If memoryexpress is reliable then that is a pretty good deal. Everyone else is priced $25 more though. Otherwise you're going to have to look for a i5-3350P. Your price list doesn't include shipping so there's cheaper memory after shipping on newegg. Like G.Skill Ripjaws 2x4GB. I think you're also going to want a bigger SSD if you're going to hold onto this one for another 6 years.

Sorry I forgot to mention that SSD is just for the operating system mostly.

These are a couple of other motherboards I have been looking ASRock B75 PRO3 and ASRock Z75 Pro3. Anyone have any experiences with either of those?

Also shipping on newegg.ca tends to be around 5-10 dollars. A lot of the others is sometimes free or only 4 dollars for the entire order.
