I have a gtx 560 ti and recently i have encountered a problem. at startup the fans aren't spinning. the only solution i have to make them spin is to run a program to increase the temp of the gpu, then restart the computer. is there any other fix to let the fans run on startup?

pls let me know :D

If your temps are low why would it matter to have the fan running ? It just makes some random noise for nothing.

If you really want your fan to run when your computer starts up, you have to modify the video card bios which i don't recommend doing ...

Instead you can use EVGA Precision X and change the fan curve (pretty cool feature from Evga). Make it launch at startup and you should be okay.

well for one, the temp of my graphics card would go up to a 100 degrees Celsius. with the fan running it would go at about 60-80 degrees.
i'll try to look into the EBGA Precision X thing , thanks for the suggestion

*EDIT*
the EVGA program didn't help D: i tried adjusting the fan curve and other stuff, still nothing

At this point you could think about a RMA of the card if you didn't do any overclock on it OR you can try to clean your graphics card and the fan. Dust can be the problem but i really doubt it.
