So i've been able to play the game just fine before, but the other day when trying to start up the game it instantly pops up with this error.
I somehow got it to work after that (I deleted the exe after doing a verification and nothing being re-aquired, to force it to reacquire it) and restarting steam
However that doesn't work this time (must have been just a coincidence before)
So I have no idea what to do, I've tried running it in compatibility with xp etc, to avail.
