raw to Fat32 pendrive

I tried the above solution: In Windows Explorer, right-clicked on my jetflash USB removable device and pressed Format. The system says: "There is no disk in Drive E. Insert a disk and try again". Please suggest another solution. My USB Flash deviced changed to RAW from FAT 32 file system and shows 0 bytes used space and 0 bytes free space in "Properties" and "No media" in Disk Management.
