i want a mobo which will allow me to ovrclock my i5 3570k...my price range is 3k-3.5k(indian currency)...i prefer gigabyte....thanks fr helping...:)

You'll want a Z77 chipset.

Gigabyte GA-Z77-D3H upwards is probably a good bet if you want a nice overclock.

EDIT, I don't know the Indian market but at a glance your budget looks very low for a Z77 motherboard, perhaps half what you need.
