hi,
I want to get a gaming pc but my budget is 500 dollars (i might be able to go a little over it if its worth it). I can only buy the parts from tiger direct because its the only shop i found that ships to Israel.
I already have a monitor, keyboard, mouse and headphones.

I dont need a operating system

I dont need a hard drive (have one)

Went over by 38 cents... but... http://pcpartpicker.com/p/LoXE

The main purpose is so that in a year or two you just grab an i7-3770k (or 3570k) used, and if you want to you can upgrade your video card and you'd have a pretty up to date gaming rig. You should be able to find most of those parts or at least similarly priced parts at tigerdirect.

Edit: Whoops, forgot an optical drive, so I'm over budget by like 20 bucks . . .

Also, i know the 430 is a good psu, but AMD suggest a minimum of 500w with a 7850, as you can see in the system requirements here. http://www.amd.com/us/products/desktop/graphics/7000/7850/Pages/radeon-7850.aspx#2. Also starting with a 430watt psu means, if he ever did want to add a better gpu. He would have to buy a new power supply anyway.

My 3570k with a 7850 uses 230 watts from the wall at peak (measured with a kill-a-watt, PSU is 85% efficient meaning it's actually delivering 195 watts or so). They have to say a 500watt power supply to ensure it will run on the 19 dollar jobbies that will catch on fire if 350 watts go through them. That 430 will run a pretty beefy machine.
