computer faild to locate partitons on hard disk

one day i tried to un srew my hard disk , but i didnt open it . now every time i try to install windows it doesnt locate the partions on the hard disk and some times when it does it fails to format a partion when installing os. but when i choose repair , i can acess the drives on my computer . in need your help
