Ok, so my girlfriends 9800 gt burned out a cpl weeks back and shes been playing on onboard since then....shudder..
She doesnt want to spend alot of cash on a reasonable GPU, toughest game she plays is GW2(low with the onboard @20fps...)Wants to bump it up to high again(9800gt was high @20fps).
A local PC shop is offering the MSI 7750 2gb gddr3 for 65$ which would fall in her 80$ish budget. But the same store is also offering the Asrock 7750 1gb gddr5 for 95$ after MIR's on either.
Is the 40$ difference really worth the Asrock?
She is a huge MSI fan. And this card would only need to cover her gaming needs for ~1yr till she ups her system anyways.
Here's her current system specs: Its basically a stock DX4300-11 minus GPU and upgraded PSU to 500w.
CPU - AMD Phenom II x4 810
Ram - 8gb DDR2
OS - Win 7
PSU - 500w
MOBO - ??whichever is stock on the DX4300-11(sorry for lack of info there)
Any concerns/tips/suggestions are more then welcome, this is a time sensitive sale also.
Thanks in advance!

Solution
Basically, what games does she play ?
Facebook games and 3-4 year old games = go with cheapest

recent FPS = go with more expensive for better framerate and quality

Those cards are good for the price with good performance.

Yes it is, Why?
It has GDDR5 memory signaficantly faster than the GDDR3 version.

Having said that if you lot are casual gamer or doesnt mind playing in medium or low graphics settings you can go for the GDDR3 version and save $40
