Which Motherboard For the Price?

hey guys so im building a pc on a really tight budget and there are 2 motherboards i found which both have a really good promotion because they bring a 8gb memory stick for free, i cant decide which to get

is the 30 dollar difference really worth it ? im on a really tight budget right now but if its really worth the extra money i can squeeze it in

I'd want to know what that memory is.. (specifics) I wouldn't want to put cheap stuff in my build. Just saw it is 10-10-10-27. good enough to push me to buy it.

Go Pro4 if you want only 1 GPU. Otherwise, Extreme 4. Although Extreme 4 overclocks better (maybe 4.5 vs 4.4) I think $30 can go to cooler for that overclock instead.
