Easy way to suspend or resume processes?

Basically I wondered if someone knew of a good program, preferably one that can use keyboard shortcuts, or a neat icon in the notification area, that can do what we can do in Resource Monitor (resmon), but simpler and faster. To suspend a process and resume it when you need it.

If someone knows something like this, let me know! Thanks.

Sorry, didn't clarify, I am using windows 7, haven't gotten around to getting win8, not that I really want to anyways. I was referring to the great feature that is somewhat hidden in windows, that is, to suspend a process. Like if there is a game that uses a lot of CPU/GPU but I need to do something else, or leave my laptop for a bit, I can suspend the process instead of ending it or closing the game.

PsSuspend will do that, how the actual process you suspend reacts is down to trial and error.
