Primary function: Video Editing
Editing 1080p HD footage for music videos
Programs of focus: Sony Vegas, Final Cut Pro(mac only), etc.
Will also do some photo editing with Photoshop.

Secondary function: gaming, maybe not as hardcore as some but would
like to play games like DC Universe Online or SWTOR
at high quality settings

Parts I Was Considering:

CPU-intel i7 3930 or 3820 (didn't see much difference except number of cores)suggestions please
Motherboard- pretty much just want a mother board with 4 memory slots, 2 pci-e slots enough
room on the board for 1 solid state possibly 2, 2 disc drive slots maybe 3, 2 internal 3.5 2 tb 7200 rpm hdd
any other suggestions to help accommodate this appreciated
Hard Drive 1: 500 gb samsung SSD(i like this one)
Hard Drive 2: WD 2TB Caviar Green HD (not sold on this drive)
Hard Drive 3:WD 2TB Caviar Green HD (not sold on this drive)
Memory:32gb ram , upgradable to 64 in the near future not sure what kind still researching
Video Card: i've research a few but cannot get a grasp on which cards actually benefit me in video
editing more and not gaming
Disc Drive:Blu-ray burner not sure which one still researching
Power Supply: I was thinking something are 1200 watts to support a possible 2 video card setup if this
would actually benefit me, the multiple displays would be great for me but besides that how much am i gaining?
Sound Card: I may do some recording but this not a primary concern
additional: maybe a tv tuner or something to record from direct video feeds (not sure but maybe)
