Hi, i have problem my friends daughter has bought a samsung notebook series3 15.6 screen running windows 8 (os) she can not get in as she has forgot her password ' i have been in the bios to reset the the boot to cd but there is no cd drive to change to i have 2 pass word recovery discs do not work what do i do the laptop is 6 weeks old?
