I need a portable light laptop for about $1300, and I want it to be 15.6 inches, stay cool, have at least an intel i5 or better proccesor with at least 2 cores, I want to be able to play Minecraft at medium to maxed out settings, I need to have 750 GB or more of storage space, and I need it to be able to handle full HD video and burning DVD's. And I want 6 or more hours of battery life. I will haev this laptop for three or four years. I live in Canada.

1) Alienware and Dell are sticking piles of, well.... cow dung. They shouldn't be touched with a 10-foot pole for a number of reasons.
2) You don't actually want an i5 for a laptop - it's just a slightly faster i3 for much more money. You want either an i3 or an i7 that's a QM, which are the ones that actually have 4 cores.
3) Staying cool is not going to be easy for a gaming computer, and neither is having 6 hours of battery life, especially not when gaming.
