Hi Guys. I just bought a new Coolermaster Haf XM casing for my new build. I got the one with a side window panel instead of a side fan and was wondering if the current stock fan setup is good or needs to be revised. Currently my Haf XM has 1 200mm front intake fan, 2x200mm Top exhaust fan and 1 rear 140mm exhaust.
So as you can see this default set up has a very negative air pressure. Should I make my rear exhaust fan into an intake to balance it a bit or leave as is?

Note: I cannot add any more fans as all the major fan slots (front, 2xtop, rear) is already occupied. so either I reverse the flow of some fans or leave it as it is. Any good advice will be appreciated thanks :)

1x 200mm in the front as intake

1x 140mm at the top as intake(nearer to the front of the case)

1x 200mm at the top as exhaust(nearer to the back of the case)

1x 120mm at the back as exhaust.

This gives a pretty good pressure ratio; slightly positive but approaches zero since your cpu fan's gonna add to the exhaust. You can also try switching the top fans, putting the 200mm as intake in front and 140mm as exhaust behind.
