Seems to be related to your network driver(s). First, update your LAN and Wifi (if present) drivers to their latest version(s). Once that is finished, go into Device Manager, expand the Network Adapters section and double your Wired and wireless (again, if present) adapters and go to the Power Management tab. Uncheck the box called "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" for both devices and reboot your computer.
