Hello my name is Phill and I just joined this site. I decided I want to change my computer and in doing so I decided that building one from scratch is the best idea. Here is the configuration I have come up with. I want to be able to play new games like Hitman Absolution or Assasins Creed on medium-low settings but I am in no way a gamer. What I will primarily use this PC for is some web browsing(including HD video streaming) and some other less demanding applications. Here is the configuration:

HDD: Western Digital Caviar Green, 500GB, SATA III 600, 64MB Buffer
Graphic: GIGABYTE Radeon HD 6670, 1GB, DDR3, 128 bit, DVI, HDMI, VGA, PCI-E 2.1
Processor: AMD FX X8 Octa Core 8350, AM3+, 8MB L3 (BOX)
Motherboard: ASRock 970DE3/U3S3, AMD 770 + SB710, AM3+, DDR III, PCI-E 16x, SATA III, USB 3.0
RAM: Crucial Ballistix Tactical, 2x4GB, 1600MHz
I do not know much about computers and this is what I have come up with based on some personal researching and and advices. I would really like to know your opinion on this. Thank you for taking the time to read this.

if you can find a way to add an ssd to your build i would...nothing makes a PC snappier. quick boots and program load times. as for everything else it will work fine for what you need. though i may go with a 7770 if your gaming at 1080P (or even 900p)

Hello! Thank you for your prompt reply. I do not need on OS nor a monitor. My budget for this is about 600 dollars. I live in Romania and here things are a little more expensive.

looks okay for a build. you could drop down to fx8320 or fx6300 and may be free up some money for an asrock 970 extreme4, a coolermaster hyper 212 evo and a radeon hd 7750 (instead of the 6670).
you didn't list a psu or case. would you consider a corsair carbide 200r case and an xfx core edition pro 550w or seasonic s12ii 500w?

The carbide 200r is a bit more than I would like to spend on a case. This is what I thought about. Floston Winner, 500W

the images and specs on floston winner show that the case comes with no front intake fan and one rear exhaust fan. amd fx cpus usually run hot on load. you should verify if floston winner has good internal airflow and support for front intake fan.
edit: 500 psu should be sufficient as long as it's a good quality psu.

Hello. Thank you for your answer. Here is one of the sites that I`m considering: www.evomag.ro

what is your full budget?

searching your shopping site, i noticed a few things, see if you like them:
cpu

gfx card

the case is harder to recommend after seeing floston winner's price. i was gonna say corsair carbide 200r or antec gx700 but they're priced much higher than the floston winner case.
