Looking for a Graphics Card, fairly cheap.

I was trying to get a game on my pc a while-back, but i couldn't play it because of my grapics card not being good enough. I was looking to get a new one cheap, anyone have any suggestsions?
My Processor is Intel(R) Pentinium(R) 4 CPU 3.00 GHz (2 CPUs)
I don't know much about computers, so please help.

Like atomicwar said that pentium 4 is very out of date what game do you plan on playing with this new video card its most likely you will be bottle necked by the cpu as-well as the ram and motherboard.

yes it would be best and even better if you build it yourself you will save money and get better performance if you need help just post a new tread to get help picking components
