I've also gotten other bsods and many many random crashes/freezes with my new build...
I've run memory diagnostics, disk diagnostics, reseated all my components replaced my cmos battery after clock kept resetting... (it now remembers the time), I don't know what drivers could still need updating... I updated a LOT...
Could my psu be at fault ? Any suggestions as to what is causing this would be appreciated! ♥
I've a lot of other errors messages from event viewer, I'm going to post one, if that should help at all:

This info won't do much of help because real data is in minidump file. So you need to upload it to skydrive or somewhere so it can be analyzed.

It's driver failure ok, but don't know which one. You can go to Right click on MY COMPUTER - PROPERTIES - ADVANCED SYSTEM SETTINGS - SETTINGS (UNDER STARTUP AND RECOVERY) and then uncheck automatically restart. This will give you option to have closer look on BSOD and you should search a file on screen that has caused error if any (.dll, .sys...) and it will point on part that is causing problems.
