Well, the whole Age of Empires saga for starters, Spellforce (RPG), Prince of Persia Trilogy (Sands of Time, Warrior Within, The Thrones ---awesome games), Quake 4, Serious Sam (funny as hell, specially with friends), Dawn of War 1 and a special favourite of mine... Impossible Creatures!! --->Really crazy RTS game where you build your own units by mixing the DNA of different animals, like Gorilla+Zebra or Ant + Cheetah. Here's a link so you can check it out: http://www.microsoft.com/games/impossiblecreatures/

All of those games run on old PCs, Quake 4 might no run at full graphics but the rest I think they will. :)

Half-Life and you can probably play Half-Life 2.
If you can play HL2, you can play all of the Orange Box games.
Freespace
Homeworld

That vid card was a pretty good one 10 years ago.

Star Wars Jedi Knight series, Jedi Academy as well, and Battlefront 1 and 2, Galactic Battlegrounds, Battle for Middle Earth II is one of the GREATEST RTS's of this gen, and of course the Command and Conquer Red Alert series.
