Hey Guys, I Am buying a PC Soon, and heres what i have

Its a Intel Based So yeah.

I Already have a GPU So no need for that.

Motherboard: ASRock P67 Fata1ty

CPU: i5-2500k (OverClocking)

RAM: Corsair Vengeance Red 8GB

HDD: 1TB WD Blue

CPU Cooler: H80

Power Supply: Corsair CX 600M

OS: Windows 7

Case: NZXT Source 210 (If i can get a Window Mod)
Corsair Graphite Series 600t

have you researched current cpus, alternatives?
like these ones:
cpu - core i5 3570k
mobo - asrock z77 extreme6/ asus p8z77-v/ gigabyte ga z77-ud4h/ud5h
ram - crucial ballistics tactical
cpu cooler - swiftech h220 / cooler master hyper 212 evo
psu - corsair hx650 / rosewill capstone 650 / seasonic x650 / corsair tx650 v2

I would ditch the kiddie water-cooling kit, anything below an H-100i is a waste of money. Change that out for a Xigmatek Dark Night cooler, which offers really good performance for a good price. Then, use the money you save to upgrade your CPU to an i5-3570k. The i5-2500k is a good CPU but it is old tech.
