Hi,
Recently i have brought a gtx 650ti graphics card. It's mentioned on the product box that the power supply should be Min 400W,+12v rail with 20A current. But already i have a 400W PSU with +12v railing with only 18A current.

Does this cause any trouble or effect the performance of my graphics card ???
Should i hav to buy another psu??

That means that your power supply can only deliver 216w on the 12v rail a just a bit over half its rating. This is usually the sign of a poor power supply. I would not suggest running it with the new video card.

Your PSU sounds too low and should be replaced with a quality PSU (Corsair/Antec/Seasonic/PCP&C/XFX/OCZ) to name a few.
