My computer screens seem to restart when my computer is still running. i built a pc less than a month ago. i have two monitors and my monitors restart at the same time and when they turn back on they dont show my desktop they either show lines or something else random. or could the problem be my gpu? please let me know how i can tell

when im playing a game. cant remember if it went black when i was in chrome. it just did it again and the main screen had vertical lines
