1)Friends what is the difference beween the HD 7850 and HD 7850 OC cards..?

2)And how much watt power do they need..?
I have a cooler master thunder edition 450wt psu..

3)And the 3rd question is....is the 7850 better than the 650 ti..?

4)And the next is how does the 7850 performs for crysis 3 compared to 650ti..?

Solution
1. the OC card has higher speeds in core and mem

2. a nice 430W Corsair CX430W is enough, again depends what else you have running

3. the 7850 is significantly faster, the latency issues are overplayed and the games with any issues are being patch in next driver, using it my self without issue [minor issues have only been shown with the 7950 boost so far AFAIK]

4. In crysis 3 do to AMD late drivers, the 7850 is under performing but still aces the 650ti

1. only the clock speeds are differant. the OC card will be faster.

2. they state 500w on amd site http://www.amd.com/us/products/desktop/graphics/7000/7850/Pages/radeon-7850.aspx#2

3. this is arguable...the 7850 will likely give you higher fps but the gtx650ti will give you smoother FPS.
hd7000 series cards have some frame latency issues that the gtx 600 series does not. some games have been patched and fixed but some have not for the hd 7000

4. read this http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/crysis-3-performance-benchmark-gaming,3451.html

Solution

The 78xx have not been tested and the latency style testing done by techreport has debatable methodology

Here is an apparent fix
http://techreport.com/review/24218/a-driver-update-to-reduce-radeon-frame-times

And here is the supposed video of latency issues in skyrim, cover up the card names and see if you can spot the differences

ha ha...no brother..currently i sport a local zebronics 430 watt economic class psu..

I thought you had a CM Thunder 450W?

Get a CX430W or the XFX 450W, they are quality units (XFX more so)
