Using Windows 8 64 bit with a 3.0Tb drive. The C:\ drive is 2048 Mb and there is 746Mb unallocated. If possible I want to convert the unallocated space into a partition. It is not possible to do anything via the Disk Management tool-when you right click on the unallocated segment no options are available other than 'properties' and 'help'.

I am not sure how to proceed or what software to use. The motherboard is an ASUS P8Z68-V Pro/Gen3 and supports 3Gb drives. Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks.
