Graphic Driver and Configure Switchable Graphic are Missing

Hello, I would like to have some help here.
I am using HP Pavilion dm4-1122tx with dual graphic. One is Intel and another is ATI Radeon HD 5470. My problems exist when I play an online game and my FPS bounce from 1 - 60. Thenn i try to fix it using recommendation and guides.
Then i found these problems..
1. No button to configure switchable graphic
2. My graphic card driver for ATI Radeon is missing.
3. Unable to find the updates or my product number from HP website.

can anyone help.. i dont know where to start.

opps.. i dont think dual is a good word to explain. My computer has integrated Intel(R) HD Graphics with Ati Mobility Radeon HD 5470 inside which i can switch anytime or automatically switched if i plug in power source or only using the battery. Latest problem, when ever i tried to install CCC or the Control Catalyst Center for the ATI, i cant find the file that i have installed eventhough the installation was successful.

I did solve this problem.
First of all about the graphic problems, i just need to reroll the updates, i might deleted / uninstall something in the process or might updated something.

Secondly, about the FPS bounce, i learnt that my hard drives got errors and sometimes shut down by it self. just need to buy and change it with new one.

Wait can you re-word how you fixed this? I have a samsung w/AMD 7730m and I cannot find drivers on samsung or AMD site. I am yet to complete the windows updates and 8.1 update as I reformated my harddrive.

I have used device mgr to check for recommended updates, and when installing the CCC control like you said, I get not recognized device for your model or w/e.....

can you ellaborate please as to what your fix was?
