Need a new Router

I am looking at getting a new router but I honestly don't know anything about them all I know is that the one I have now is old as dirt so I've been looking at three

I know that we are paying for 30mbps through charter right now if that helps but yet again I don't know anything about routers so any help would be appreciated

I would agree with the first comment any of those will be fine and very similar in performance.

As to the seconds of just recommending the most expensive router sold I would very much like to see WHY there is that recommendation.
I would very much like to hear why you recommends a router that is using a chipset for a standard that is not yet set. I also want to know how this will improve any performance when almost no devices support it. But I know the most expensive always has to be the best right.

They all should work for what you are doing, there really inst a track record. They all pretty much do what they are suppose to do. some might be able to send wireless a little further distance. But for home use just pick one in your price range with the features you need.
