Hello, I'm a total noob in hardware. I'd like to know what top gpus can my motherboard support.
Motherboard Name : Asus P7P55 LX

Can it have like Gtx 690? what are it's max possibilities?
Can I have install SLI ?
Also can it support ssd and hdd both? I want to have 64 gb ssd for os and main games and hdd for other stuff.

You can use any single GPU you want on this motherboard. All GPUs are backwards compatible with the PCIe slot types.

Yes it can support the GTX680 PCIE3.0 The difference between pcie 2.0 and 3.0 isnt noticable at that level even if you a SLI. (only 2-3fps) So no worries
Yes the motherboard can support both SSD and HDD no problem

This board supports 2 Crossfire (AMD based GPU's). It does not support SLI (nVidia based GPU's). You can use any chipset based brand of GPU you want for a single card, but if you want to run 2, you must use 2 GPU's that are Crossfire compatible.

You can use any SSD you like with board, they simply plug into the SATA interface like any other hard drive. This board has 6 SATA interface plugs, so you can use any combination of SATA devices up to 6.
