Motherboard or iGPU defect?

Hi guys i have a MSI H61M-P31/W8 with an Intel Core i3-3220, s1155. when i power the computer on I got 1 long beep and 2 shorts beeps.

I googled this and this is relevant to a graphics problem, because i'm using the iGPU from the CPU. I putted a Graphics Card in and the computers works.

My question now is, how can i determind what is broken? is my Motherboard broken? or my CPU which is my iGPU?

please help me with this question

without another motherboard or cpu to swap out its very difficult to tell. try going into device manager and seeing if the igpu shows up.

when you put a dedicated GPU in a computer the iGPU is disabled so it won't show up in Device manager

no that's not true...both can work but it depends on the motherboard.

i have been searching and can't find if your's supports it or not. i'll keep searching for anwsers though

I have broken open my Dell Optiplex 990 and puzzled out the CPU, I putted that CPU in the motherboard and the problem still occurs so it will be the motherboard
